ME AT THE SHF
The fluffy bunny! I wanted to take him home.
Must admit - not digging this picture of me.
Check out the hat, it similar to the hat on the
cover of Maggie's book. How funny...

Maggie's New Book!
Hope I can make it on June 2nd to meet her!

Episode 29 - Living Transformation

Sock Pattern
This is the sock pattern I bought at the Shepherd's Harvest Festival.

The Lake Sweater
This is the sweater I started about 3 1/2 weeks ago, so I would
Have something nice and cozy to wear at the lake in the cool
mornings and evenings. It's getting there! Now, if I could find
someone who likes doing finishing work....

Would you knit here?
Here is part of my livingroom space in transformation.
Added yarn on shelves along with knitting books.
See the pole in the corner? That's my converted beanie baby
pole for holding recycled yarn.

Bees Wax
Chunk of bees wax ready for grating and melting!

MAKS Hot Water Bottle Cover

Thought that I'd update the posting and show you
MY hot water bottle cover! Here it is! The top
looks goofy in the picture because I didn't
arrange it around the spout top. But you get
the idea. I'm happy with it and it has been used a bit
already.

Prairie Star Afghan

This isn't my afghan, this is one from Ravelry on how it should
look if you use the colors in the pattern. Isn't it lovely?
Got me to crochet again. :-)
Halloween Murder/Mystery Party

Here is our group for the Murder/Mystery Party!
I'm the one with her hand in front of her mouth in surprise.
What a fun time!

NEEDLE FELTED "GUARD LLAMA"
This is one of my first needle felted animals. I learned a lot
from this llama. Since then, I've made a Yorkie, Polar Bear, Teddy Bear and
a Pumpkin! I like it!

EPISODE 23 - FONS & PORTER'S?

Preemie set for "Bundles of Love!"
Man, I crocheted this set ages ago and just didn't get it over to the group! I kept forgetting!
I found this little stuffed puppy and thought this set looked
cute on him. He will also go in the pocket of the bundle that
will go to an area hospital or clinic!

MY DISH CLOTH ROUND!
This is the project that Sara and I are working on. She saw something similar
that a family friend made and wanted to do one...I saw it and had to try it
out myself! What do you think? Coming along nicely and it's SO easy!!!
Once I get another 3 pattern repeat in - then I'll be ready to bind it in the round!

Okay, I couldn't resist this cartoon. I bought a couple
of iron-on transfers to put on some T-shirts - one for
me and one for possibly...a listener! "See ya later, Alligator!"
Hopefully they turn out - they were fairly inexpensive.

The itsy-bitsy Dallas Cowboys hat!

I made up this little hat in an evening - it was fun!
Why so small? Preemie baby whose daddy is a Dallas
Cowboys fan. Not sure if he can were it - a bit of strings
in it and the size is a bit questionable at this time.
Can't say that I'm crazy about the back stitching but how
else is one to fit the entire word on such a small item?
All in all he (The Daddy) was very amused.

Episode 13 - "Project Love"

First Bainbridge Scarf!!

My picture is all Artsy Fartsy...okay, I tried to make it less visually
weird but I wanted to blur out the offensive language on my shirt.
I'M JUST KIDDING - it wasn't offensive. ;- )
This was a lot of fun to do - and quick - I'm working on the second
one as we speak! This one is the Malabrigo - 51% Silk, 49% Merino blend,
it's perfect for a slight chill. The next one is going to be made from Misti Alpaca-
100% baby alpaca! (a deep heather green) Yummm...
